Refund Policy

ZOYYA purchases are final. How cancellation works, and where the narrow legal exceptions live. Plain English; no surprises.

1. What this covers

This policy covers everything you can buy on ZOYYA: paid plans (Lite, Pro, Max) and token packs. ZOYYA is operated by PT Efolusi Dunia Teknologi ("Efolusi").

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. All sales are final

Efolusi products do not offer refunds. Once a payment confirms, the purchase is final — for paid plans, token packs, and renewals alike. Evaluate ZOYYA on the Free tier first: it needs no card and shows you exactly how the product works before you pay.

3. Cancelling a subscription

Card plans renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep full access until then, and no further charges are made. Unused time in the current period is not refunded.

Crypto and Indonesian (QRIS / VA / e-wallet) payments are one-time purchases that cover one month and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

4. Token packs

Token-pack purchases are final. Purchased tokens never expire, so anything you don't use today stays available to your workspace later.

5. Statutory and processor exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under applicable consumer-protection law. For card orders, Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and handles payment inquiries under its own buyer terms; where Paddle or applicable law requires a refund, that decision is theirs and is unaffected by this policy.

6. Billing questions

Questions about a charge? Email [email protected] from your account email with your workspace name and the receipt or invoice reference.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
