Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ZOYYA. Plain English; no surprises. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. About

ZOYYA is an autonomous-agent service operated by Efolusi. The service executes user-supplied objectives in a sandboxed environment using third-party LLM providers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Public beta

The service is in public beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We provide no SLA. Data may occasionally be lost.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ZOYYA to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal content;
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits, sandbox isolation, or rate limits;
  • Probe, exfiltrate, or attack third-party systems without authorization — including via the browser, fetch, or shell tools;
  • Train competing models on ZOYYA outputs without our written consent;
  • Submit credentials, personal data, or confidential information you don't own.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of objectives, files you upload, and the artifacts agent runs produce on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display them to you to operate the service.

5. Third-party providers

ZOYYA invokes third-party LLM providers and may navigate third-party websites or APIs as part of executing your objectives. You are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms when their content flows through ZOYYA.

6. Billing

Free tier limits apply by default. Paid plans are one-month purchases that activate after payment confirms. Plan caps are enforced; usage above the cap is rejected, not billed extra. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; doing so removes your personal data per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

ZOYYA is provided as-is, without warranty. The maintainers are not liable for any loss arising from agent actions, third-party content, or service unavailability. Beta software may produce inaccurate or harmful output; review before acting on it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice. Continued use after the change date is acceptance.
