Yes. Change tiers from Settings → Billing. Each plan is a one-time payment that covers one month and does not auto-renew. Upgrading starts a fresh paid month at checkout, with the new caps live as soon as the payment confirms. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep everything you already paid for until then.
